PassPay let a person pay to others without carrying anything.
Only the Payee is required to have a phone. It is simple, secure, and designed to help people:
1. Who choose not to carry their wallet and phone
2. Who have lost their wallet or phone.
3. To split an amount. Again ONLY THE PAYEE needs to carry a phone! and (s)he does not need to be connected to any of the payers!
